I cannot emphasise how helpful they were in sorting out our issue with the Genesis recorder .
Not only did both of them give exceptional expert advise but cured our issue giving us a happy customer .

As long as future developments and implimentations are completted to the GENISYS-NVR then all is good. As really not keen on the Graphic user interface, normal customers will not get this version its using at the moment, unless they are really technical. Thanks Tony for all your help.

Me again! I commissioned an Orpheus 16 way yesterday and I was surprised to find that it has progressive zoom on playback. This was a bonus as it served as an ANPR on 2 of the cameras. I was wondering whether the Quattro will ever have this software. It isn't the zoom-in-a-box feature that they all have, this was a really good zoom on the mouse wheel.
It is as good as any IP systems I have installed in the last year.

I have a 16 channel Pioneer Quattro on test for an installation I'm about to fit. I had 6 cameras working, 2 x TVI and 4 x analogue, and all was well. last night I received an 8 channel Quattro for a job today, so I put it on test and moved 3 of the cameras from the 16 way to it. This morning I checked the 8 way and it was ok, but when I put the 3 cameras back on the 16 way, it would not show inputs 5 and 6. I tried different cameras, then did a complete restore etc but it still wouldn't work. I spoke to technical and he was aware of an issue with the Quattro so he suggested that I do an rma. Just as an afterthought I went back to the 16 way and shut it down, then I unplugged the 12 volt lead, waited for 30 seconds and fired it up again. I now have all channels working again!
If anyone has this problem I would suggest they do what I did and see if that works.
